Configure G suite Email In Outlook

Follow the steps that are specified below to sync and Configure G suite Email In Outlook with Gmail.

  • Step 1:First, log into your Google Admin Console and navigate to the Apps menu to select the G Suite option.
  • Step 2:Check if the status of the Calendar, Directory, Drive and Docs, and Gmail is set to ON.
  • Step 3:Select the Settings for Gmail option and then choose the Advanced Settings to configure g suite email in outlook option.
  • Step 4:Check if the box near the Enable G-Suite Sync for Microsoft Outlook option is highlighted.
  • Step 5:Once you enter the Google Admin Security page, tick the box near the Enable API Access option.
  • Step 6:Select the G Suite option available under the Apps menu and then choose the Settings for Directory option.
  • Step 7:Check the box near the Enable Contact Sharing option and then select the Settings for Drive and Docs option available under the G Suite option and then configure g suite email in outlook.
  • Step 8:Tick the option near the Allow Users to Access Google Drive with the Drive SDK API option.
  • Step 9:Next, you have to install G Suite Sync for your Outlook account.
  • Step 10:Download the G Suite Sync on your system and run the file. Tap the Yes button on the permissions screen.
  • Step 11:Click the Close button once the installation is over and then sign into G Suite using the credentials.
  • Step 12:Navigate to Create a G Suite Profile in Microsoft Outlook menu, you have to highlight the checkbox near the Import Data from an Existing Profile option.
  • Step 13:Choose the Create Profile option followed by the Start Microsoft Outlook option.
  • Step 14:On the Confirmation page, and select the Accept and Start Outlook option.Once the calendar, emails, and contacts have been synchronized, you can click the Close button once you complete the configure g suite email in outlook.
