How To Disable Synchronization Log Emails?  

The folder with the synchronization issue will have logs and items that MS Outlook could not synchronize with your email or SharePoint servers. Even though these sync logs are quite normal, it might be irritating to have them in your inbox. The following are some instructions to disable synchronization log emails:

  • First, open the desktop version of Outlook.
  • Next, go to the upper-left corner of your screen and click on File. Choose Options to synchronization log emails.
  • The Outlook Options window will now pop up on your screen.
  • In this window, go to the left navigation pane and select the Advanced option.
  • Now, scroll down the screen until you can see the Other section.
 
  • Deselect the checkbox next to the option, Enable troubleshooting logging (requires restarting Outlook). By doing this action, you will be disabling the above option.
  • Now, to close the Outlook Options window, click on the OK button.
  • Close Outlook and then open it again.
  • You will now find that you do not have a Synchronization Log folder anymore.
