How To Fix Issue Login Failed Roundcube? 

You may face login failed Roundcube issues due to server error, typo error, or various other reasons. If you can’t log in to your mail account, check whether you have entered the password correctly and make sure Capslock is not turned on.

  • Check whether you have entered the login credentials properly.
  • If you have forgotten the password of the account, reset it.
  • Now, try logging in to the Roundcube mail.
  • If you face issues login failed Roundcube in to your account, reinstall the software.
  • You can uninstall the application and download it from the official Roundcube website.
  • For Android devices, uninstall the application and install it from the Google Play Store.      
  • If you again receive the login failed message on the Roundcube Webmail page, try logging in after a few hours.
  • If it is a server issue, the issue will be resolved when you log in after some time.
  • In case you have another account, try logging in to it.
  • If you can’t log in, then use a different browser on your computer.
  • Check the internet connection on your device.
  • Try connecting your device to a mobile hotspot and verify whether you can log in to the Roundcube Webmail.
  • Delete the cookies and cache in your browser.
  • Go to Settings and then to the Tools menu in the Internet Explorer browser.
  • Navigate to Internet Options and select Delete Cookies.
  • Delete temporary files on your web browser.
  • If you still face the log in issue, reset your mail password from any other email clients.
  • You can use Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, or any other email clients to reset the password.
  • Once you reset the password, uninstall Roundcube and reinstall the application.
  • The login failed Roundcube issue will be fixed.
