How To Fix Outlook Syncing Issues?

After every Windows 10 update, an error or issue occurs while downloading or accessing a particular program. Repair your Outlook account

If you are not able to sync your Outlook email account in Windows 10, then you need to repair it. To do so, proceed with the instructions given below.

  • Open the Outlook application on your computer to fix Outlook syncing issues.
  • Click the File tab followed by Info. Select the Account Settings option.
  • Choose your email account in the Account Settings window.
  • After selecting the account, click the Repair button.
  • Now, the window titled Repair Account will open up.
  • Verify the information displayed on the screen and click Next.
  • Once the repair process has been completed, the network connection option will be enabled.
  • Now, log on to the server and make sure that your email account settings are correct.
  • Perform the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
  • Once the process has been completed, click the link that says Change Account.
  • Verify the account settings.
  • Click the Next button.
  • Now, your account settings will be tested by the Outlook application.
  • The test result will be displayed on the screen in the form of a message.

  • If everything is correct, click the Close button followed by Finish.
  • Once it is done, restart the Microsoft Outlook application on your computer and check if the issue has been resolved.
  • You can also use the Send/Receive button to sync manually for the first time.
  • If the “Problem connecting to Server” message appears, then you need to reconnect Outlook to Outlook.com.
