Delegated access has three levels of permissions.

  • Step 1:Reviewer: The delegate can only read your folder.
  • Step 2:Author: By granting this permission, the representative can read, make changes, and even delete your folders.
  • Step 3:Editor: The delegate can create, change, and delete the folders you created.

Method 1: Adding a new delegate

  • Step 1:Launch Outlook 2016 on your device.
  • Step 2:Select the File tab and go to Account Settings.
  • Step 3:Hit the Delegate Access button.

  • Step 5:Enter the name of the person you want to assign as a delegate.
