Method 1: Repair the Navigation Pane Settings file

  • Step 1: Initially, make sure that you have signed in to your Windows computer with admin rights.
  • Step 2:Now, open the Run application.
  • Step 3:Type the command outlook.exe/resetnavpane and tap Enter.
  • Step 4:Now, the above command will restore the navigation pane settings to their defaults.

Method 2: Repair the Outlook files

Usually, when you uninstall or reinstall the Outlook application on your computer, there is a chance for the Outlook data files to get corrupted. Method 3: Create & use a new Outlook profile

  • Step 1: In the Control Panel window, click the Mail (MS Outlook) option.
  • Step 2: Select Show Profiles > Add.
  • Step 3: Now, in the opened window, type the asked information in the given fields to create the account.
  • Step 4: After entering the asked information, click the General tab and go to the Always use this file section. Here, choose the When starting Outlook, use this profile option.

Method 4: Run Outlook in Safe mode
