Step 1 - Check your antivirus program
Step 1:Sometimes, your antivirus program interferes with your system and as a result, Outlook crashes. In such a case, disable the antivirus program on your computer. If this doesn’t work, uninstall it.
Step 2:If removing the antivirus program resolves the problem, use some other antivirus program on the computer.
Step 2 - Install the latest updates
Step 1:The Office installation on your computer might be outdated. It is because the Windows update is not downloaded and installed automatically.
Step 2:First, make sure your system is updated to the most recent version.
Step 3:To install Office updates, launch the Outlook 2016 email client.
Step 4:Navigate to the File tab and click Office Account.
Step 5:Select the Office updates option followed by the Update now option.

Step 3 - Uninstall the problematic updates
