Solution 1: Run the App troubleshooter

  • On your Windows 10 computer, launch the Control Panel app and click the Troubleshooting tab.
  • If it isn’t displayed on the Control Panel app, change the View by option to Large icons.
  • Navigate to the left-side panel and select the View all option.

Solution 3: Change mailbox sync settings

  • Click the Start menu on the Windows desktop and select the Settings icon.
  • Click the Update & security tab in the Settings window.
  • Next, click the Check for updates button and select Sync in the Mail app.

  • Launch the Mail app and click the Settings icon at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
