How To Fix Gmail Outages Issue? 

Gmail outages is a severe problem that needs to be looked into immediately. Gmail outage is nothing but a failure to access the Gmail services. If you encounter this situation on your mobile, follow the quick steps mentioned below to fix the problem.

  • The first and foremost step is to check whether the Gmail outage has occurred for everyone.
  • If everyone faces the Gmail outages problem, you have to check the Gmail service status from the G Suite Status Dashboard.
  • On your mobile, open the default browser and go to the G Suite Status Dashboard.
  • Go to the Current Status column and locate the Gmail radio button from the displayed list.
  • The green light indicates that the service is active and there is no problem in working with your Gmail account.
  • If the status light is orange, the service is disrupted.
  • The red indicator light shows a Gmail service outage.
  • You can also check for the old outage problem that occurred over the past two months. 
  • If your G Suite service dashboard shows a red or orange light for the Gmail service, it will be monitored and fixed immediately by Google.
  • If you are the only one to get the green light, then you need to fix the Gmail problem.
  • Open the default browser and navigate to the Gmail Help Center.
  • Select the category based on your problem.
  • If this fails, then report the Gmail outages problem to Google.
  • Log in to your Gmail account and click the Settings icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Select the Send Feedback option from the drop-down menu.
