How To Fix Tiscali Email Problems? 

This section will help you to solve the Tiscali email issues through simple and quick steps. Tiscali is an email account that can be configured in the Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Apple Mail, and Windows Mail email clients. You can use either POP3 or IMAP as the incoming mail server. If you are facing Tiscali email problems with your email account, follow the instructions given below. If you encounter this issue on your laptop or desktop email client application, then delete and re-add the Tiscali email account on it.

For the Windows Mail application users:

  • Click the gear or Settings icon.
  • Select the Manage accounts option.
  • Now, choose the Tiscali account in the Accounts list to fix the Tiscali email problems.
  • After selecting it, click the Delete button.
  • Wait for the Tiscali email account to deleted or removed completely.
  • After the deletion process, restart the Windows Mail application.
  • Now, re-add the Tiscali email account on the Windows Mail application.
  • After re-configuring the email account, check if the issue with the Tiscali email account is resolved.
  • If not, reset the Windows Mail application.
  • To do it, click the Start menu on your Windows computer.
  • Click the Settings option, followed by Apps.
  • Select the Apps & Features option.
  • Locate and click the Mail option followed by Tiscali.
  • Click the Advanced Options option.
  • Following that, click the Reset button.
  • After the reset process, check if the Tiscali email not working issue is resolved.
  • If Tiscali email problems persists, check if you have correctly entered the POP3 or IMAP and SMTP settings of your Tiscali account.

IMAP:

  • Server address: mail.tiscali.co.uk
  • Port number: 993
  • SSL: Yes.

SMTP:

  • Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.tiscali.co.uk
  • Port number: 587
  • SSL: Yes
