How To Fix Yahoo Mail Troubleshooting Issue?

Web browser cache:

Google Chrome:

  • Launch the Google Chrome web browser on your computer, click the Menu icon, and select the More Tools option followed by the Clear Browsing Data option.
  • The Clear Browsing Data dialog box will appear on the screen. If you want to delete all the browsing data, choose the All Time option from the Time Range drop-down menu.
  • Check if you have selected the box next to the following options.
  • Cookies and other site data
  • Cached images and files
  • Once you click the Clear Data option, all the browsing data on the Google Chrome web browser will be cleared and the fix the Yahoo mail troubleshooting.

Mozilla Firefox:

  • Open the Mozilla Firefox web browser on the computer, navigate to the Menu button, and choose the Options option.
  • Select the Privacy & Security option on the left panel and click the Clear Data button.

  • Remove the checkmark next to the Cookies and Size Data option.

Updating the web browser:

Google Chrome:

  • On the Google Chrome web browser, go to the Menu icon at the upper-right corner and select the Update Google Chrome option.
  • Note: If this option is not visible, the Google Chrome web browser already has the latest version.
  • If prompted, select the Relaunch option.
  • After the Google Chrome web browser is updated to the most recent version, it starts automatically.

Mozilla Firefox:

  • Go to the Mozilla Firefox web browser, click the Menu button, and choose the About Firefox option.
  • As soon as the About Mozilla Firefox window appears on the screen, the web browser will check for the update.
  • The Firefox web browser will download the update automatically.
  • After the update download completes, select the Restart to Update Firefox option.
  • This will update the Mozilla Firefox web browser to the latest version.
  • Restart the computer and try to log in to your Yahoo Mail account from the browser.

Enabling JavaScript:

Google Chrome:

  • Choose the Settings option from the browser menu on the Google Chrome web browser.
  • Go to the Advanced tab, navigate to the Privacy & Security section, and select the Content Settings option.
  • Click the JavaScript option and turn on the toggle switch next to the Allowed option.

Google Chrome:

  • Go to More icon and click More Tools -> Extensions on the Google Chrome web browser.

Mozilla Firefox:

  • Navigate to the hamburger menu and select the Add-ons option followed by the Extensions option.

Disabling security program temporarily:

  • Temporarily disable the built-in security program on the computer.
