  • Step 3:Go to the Home menu.
  • Step 4:Select the New Contact Group option.
  • Step 5:Now, a pop-up dialog box titled Contact Group will appear on the screen.
  • Step 6:Under the Name section of the opened dialog box, type the desired name for your email list. 
  • Step 7:Now, select the Contact Group option followed by Add Members. Choose and add the desired email addresses to the list by selecting from Outlook Contacts, Address Book, or New E-mail Contact. To select multiple addresses, click on each address one by one while holding down the Ctrl button.
