  • Step 1:First, you have to download the Outlook Recovery tool from the official website.
  • Step 2:Once the download is complete, double-click the file and install the tool on your computer.
  • Step 3:To remove encryption, launch the tool and then click the radio button for Single Key.
  • Step 4:Under Select Encryption Key and Type, click the Select Type drop-down box and then select S/MIME.
  • Step 5:In the Key File Path, click the Browse button and browse the encryption certificate.
  • Step 6:Next, type the password in the Password text field.
  • Step 7:Finally, click Done.
