  • Step 1:Before proceeding to the syncing process, ensure that your Android smartphone has a stable Internet connection all the time.
  • Step 2:Verify that the email service provider or any cloud service like Microsoft’s one drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., are working properly so only sync email on Android.
  • Step 3:You need to have the correct account credentials, such as the user name and password, to sign in successfully to the application.

Syncing Email On Your Android Smartphone:

  • Step 1:Gmail is the default email application for all Android users, which users use to pull emails from various accounts.
  • Step 2:Open the application and tap the Menu button, located at the top left corner of the screen.
  • Step 3:Choose the Settings icon. Tap Add account and add your account by following the setup process shown on the screen.
  • Step 4:On the final screen of the setup, you can choose how often the account syncs to the Gmail app.
  • Step 5:There would be three options: Notify me when emails arrive, Sync email for this account, and Automatically download attachments when connected to WiFi. Choose the option that suits your purpose.
  • Step 6:After choosing the appropriate option, you will see the messages from all your accounts under the All inboxes section. The sent folder shows the sent emails from all your accounts.
