Method 1: Using the built-in settings on your iPhone:

  • On your iPhone, touch the Settings icon on the applications screen to launch the Settings app.
  • Tap on Accounts & Passwords in the Settings window and select Add Account.
  • Choose Outlook.com from the displayed list and enter your Outlook email address in the required field to sign in.
  • Tap Next and enter your Outlook account password.
  • After entering your account password, tap Sign In and select Yes to allow your iPhone to access the Outlook data.
  • Find the items to be synced and select them from the displayed list and make sure to toggle on the Contacts button.
  • After entering these details, tap Save at the top-right corner.

Method 2: Using iTunes 

  • First, connect your iPhone to your Mac using a standard USB cable.

Method 3: Using iCloud

  • Before starting, ensure that the iCloud Control Panel is installed and available on the Mac desktop.
