Method 1 - Deleting Temporary Internet Files

  • Step 1:Click Start and go to the Control Panel.
  • Step 2:In the Control Panel window, click “Network and Internet.”
  • Step 3:Click Internet Options.
  • Step 4:Once the Internet Properties window displays, go to the General tab.
  • Step 5:Click on the Delete button appearing under Browsing History.
  • Step 6:Delete Browsing History window opens. 
  • Step 7:Select Temporary Internet files and website files.
  • Step 8:Click Delete.

If the Signature button is still not working, then proceed with the next method.

Method 2 - Reinstalling Microsoft Office Apps

  • Step 1:Sometimes, the preinstalled Microsoft Office Desktop apps can cause this issue.
  • Step 2:On your Windows 10 computer, open the Settings window.
  • Step 3:Click the Apps option. From the list of options displayed, select Apps and Features.
  • Step 4:Now, select the Microsoft Office Desktop Apps option.
  • Step 5:Scroll down and click the Uninstall button.
  • Step 6:Now, restart your computer.
  • Step 7:Reinstall the Microsoft Office apps.

Method 3 - Edit Registry

  • Step 1:Exit from all windows on your computer and close MS Outlook.
  • Step 2:Click the Start menu.
  • Step 3:Type regedit in the empty field and then press Enter.
  • Step 4:User Account Control box will appear; click Yes.
  • Step 5:In the Registry Editor, look for the registry key 0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046. Delete all the entries of this key.
  • Step 6:Finally, click OK to exit Registry Editor. 
  • Step 7:Start the Outlook app again to check if the Outlook 365 signature button not working windows 10 issue is solved.
