  • Step 1:Initially, make sure that you have added your signature in Outlook with correct alignment.
  • Step 2:Check whether your signature format is selected correctly. To confirm it, on the main screen of Outlook, click on the Message Options tab. Navigate to the Format Group section. Choose the desired format type from the list of options.
  • Step 3:Now, try to reply to an email. 
  • Step 4:Again, if the Outlook signature format change when replying, then re-add your signature.
  • Step 5:To do so, go to the Message menu.
  • Step 6:Select Signature > Signature. Navigate to the Select signature to edit section and click on the New button.
  • Step 7:Choose your signature from the list.
  • Step 8:Click on the Save button.
  • Step 9:Now, try to reply to the message and check if the signature format issue is resolved.

Fix The Font/Color Format Changes In Outlook Signature:

If the font or color format is changing while replying to a message in Outlook, then follow the below instructions to resolve it.

  • Step 1:Compose a new email message in the Outlook window.
  • Step 2:Select the Insert button followed by the Signature option.
  • Step 3:Choose the Signatures option from the drop-down list.
  • Step 4:Now, the dialog box named Signatures & Stationery will appear on the screen.
  • Step 5:In the Select signature to edit and Edit signature sections, choose the desired format and click on the OK button.
