An email signature is a combination of text, image, logo, electronic business card, etc. You can create your own email signature based on your desire and use it while sending an email. In Outlook, creating and adding a signature is quite easy. But, some users have encountered an issue while using it. This article explains how to fix the Outlook signature loses formatting.
Initially, check whether you have selected the format type correctly. To do so, follow the below instructions.
Now, try to compose a new message or try to send a reply message and check whether the signature is displayed correctly. If not, try to re-add the signature. To do so, compose a new message. Click on the Horizontal dots. Select the Insert signature option. Choose your message from the list. Finally, click on the Send button.
